This patient in her mid 40s came to Dr. Culbertson bothered by the significant asymmetry and overall appearance of her breasts after previous breast implant and mastopexy surgeries. She is seen here 5 months after her complicated revision surgery in which Dr. Culbertson replaced her implants with slightly smaller 360 cc moderate profile highly cohesive silicone implants, changed them from the subglandular to submuscular plane, placed an internal bra of GalaFLEX mesh for additional support, and lifted them again.
