This patient had noticed significant facial aging changes in her upper eyes, face, and neck over the past couple of years. She wanted to look refreshed but not look like a different person. She underwent a deep plane facelift/neck lift with fat grafting to the chin and jawline, as well as an upper blepharoplasty. This 62 year old woman was concerned with premature facial aging. She had had previous non-surgical treatment to the neck with minimal results. She did not want a chin implant.

We recommended a comprehensive rejuvenation that included a deep plane facelift , upper and lower eyelid lifts, fat grafting to the face and chin (instead of the chin implant) , as well as CO2 laser to the skin.

She’s thrilled with the results and, particularly loves the natural appearance of her face.

This woman did not like the hollows under her eyes which made her look tired, as well as fullness and lack of definition in her neck that especially bothers her in photos, and did not improve despite two rounds of Kybella at another office. She now feels more refreshed and youthful as seen here 3 months after submental liposuction, TCA chemical peel around the eyes, and fat grafting of the cheeks below the eyes by Dr. Culbertson.
